About Ashok Kumar Kasi

Ashok Kumar Kasi is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in Investment Banking and Financial Services. Over a span of 12 years, he worked with some of the world’s most respected institutions including BNY Mellon, Northern Trust, State Street–Syntel, and Wipro, developing deep expertise in banking operations, financial analysis, and global capital markets.
An ex-IIM alumnus, Ashok began pursuing his PhD before choosing to channel his knowledge and industry experience into entrepreneurship. This vision led to the creation of FinEx Training Institute, a dedicated learning platform that prepares students for globally recognised certifications such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program.
Under his leadership, FinEx has expanded to multiple centres in Charni Road and Andheri, offering classroom training, practice-based learning, real-world case studies, and personalised support for students aiming to enter careers in core finance, investment banking, and asset management.
